Breakthrough Search was founded in 2007 by Managing Director, Rob Mills with the sole aim of establishing a unique sales search firm that provides innovative recruitment and headhunting services to European Technology businesses. Rob is an industry recognised leader in the field of executive search having worked with many leading technology organisations to build world class sales forces, assisted numerous start-ups in locating key senior hires and advised UK Government on the location and retention of talent for major technology programmes.
